Today marks the first Barbri class where I almost fell asleep. It happened during the first and third hours (during the second hour I was drinking a Diet Coke. Apparently I need 3 Diet Cokes per class). Today was the first half of Constitutional Law, which has never thrilled me anyway, and the lecturer, while a brilliant scholar whose hornbook got me through my Con Law classes, is really really dry and thinks puns are HILARIOUS! Note to professors (and the general public): PUNS IN REPETITION ARE NOT FUNNY. You can elicit a groan with 1, maybe 2, but 37 of them makes your audience just want to shoot themselves.
