I've seen him a couple of times. He's fun to watch but I think people drive around the block just to see him again, so it doesn't really help traffic. The video didn't show all the tricks he does, dancing on his hands and such. He was in the Bristol 4th of July parade too.

Joanne, no, this was a video I found on YouTube. He's pretty famous around here apparently.
