The case against the old woman at church was dismissed yesterday. Yay! That is great news and unexpected at this point in the process.
Both my boss and Jason said, "Now she can sue!" Um, yeah, I think she just wants this behind her. My husband is litigation happy.

Having been with my wife to court for family law stuff and divorce stuff. I don't see how anyone would want to sue. Too much litigation as it is.
