"This car violates New York City parking laws. Your street was unable to be cleaned because of this car."
They don't kid around in New York. Not only do they give you a ticket, but they tag your car with a bright green, apparently unremovable sticker that tells the neighborhood why they have the dirtiest street in the city that week. Which sticker also explains why the anal-retentive neighbors have slashed your tires.
